Vinyasa flow, also known as flow yoga, is a style of yoga that connects movement and breath. The word "vinyasa" comes from Sanskrit and means "connection". In yoga, this can mean the connection between breath and movement, or the connection between poses in a flowing sequence. In vinyasa, poses are strung together to make a sequence, which may be fixed, or the teacher may have discretion to arrange the progression of poses.
Gentle flow yoga is a series of poses that are linked together with breath and moved in and out of gradually, allowing the body to move with ease from one pose to another. This softer pace can help the practitioner be more present with each posture

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a challenging style of yoga that involves a set sequence of poses that are gradually progressed through. It's a physically demanding practice that emphasizes linking movement and breath, known as vinyasa, as well as Ujjayi breathing and bandhas, or energy locks.

Yin yoga is a compliment to dynamic yoga practices, an antidote to a
fast-paced lifestyle.Yin yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative style of yoga that focuses on deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, fascia, and tendons. Primarily floor work, beginning with somatic Satya sequences
to mobilize tissues in preparation for the long-held postures of Yin Yoga. It involves holding poses for 3–5 minutes on each side, with little muscular engagement. Focused and reflective, this practice encourages a healthy supple body and calm, clear mind. Mediation and chanting are included in this practice.

Hatha Flow is a yoga class that involves creative sequences of poses that create continuous movement, and synchronizes breath with movement. The word "Hatha" means "sun and moon", and "Flow" means "moving in balanced union". Hatha Flow is similar to Vinyasa Flow, but Hatha Flow has fewer "plank - chaturanga - up dog" transitions. In Hatha Yoga, poses are held for several breaths, while in Vinyasa Yoga, poses are changed with each breath. Hatha Flow can help increase stamina and overall strength.

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) classes will begin with a gentle movement practice to assist in preparing the body for an extended guided deep relaxation. The Nidra technique will take the practitioner into a state of conscious sleep where the body is completely relaxed, yet the mind remains awake and alert. The practice encourages individuals to maintain breath and body awareness as they relax deeply without concentrating or controlling their thoughts.

Restore, revitalize and refresh in this practice utilizing props to support postural integrity and enhance subtle energy. It involves holding yoga poses for a long time, often five minutes or more, while sitting in a pose that feels good. Restorative yoga emphasizes stillness, comfort, and deep breathing, and uses props like blankets, bolsters, or blocks to support the body. Props proved feedback and deepen the capacity to stabilize
body and mind in long-held postures. Restorative yoga is a gentle style of yoga that focuses on relaxation and calm

Kundalini yoga is a type of yoga that combines movement, breath, meditation, chanting, and repetitive poses. It's considered one of the most comprehensive forms of yoga, and is said to have the goal of increasing self-awareness and consciousness, as well as strengthening the body and increasing energy.

Vital Yoga utilizes Satya, somatic floor sequences to mobilize tissues followed by hatha yoga asana to strengthen muscle and stabilize joints. Meditation and breath practices to enhance and direct vital life force energy. Props are used to support alignment, give feedback and increase range of motion.

Prepare to discover just how strong and capable you are – both on and off your mat.This upbeat class is part Vinyasa part Hatha and will consist of standing, seated, inverted and balancing poses to lengthen, strengthen and create balance in the body, followed by rest and meditation.

Gentle yoga is celebrated for meeting us right where we are-how ever we are, but it is also a great addition to a challenging Yoga practice or fitness regimen.
All are encouraged to attend this class, no matter your physical ability, strength or flexibility.
Modifications will be given, and props will be used to bring ease into the poses. Additional time will be given at the end of class to rest or meditate.
Release stress and anxiety and allow the vibrations of ancient high frequency sound medicine to calm your nervous system, restore balance and harmony, and bring you to your highest healing and well being. The instructor will use voice, crystal alchemy singing bowls, gong, and chimes to balance the hemispheres of your brain, entrain your brainwaves, and open you to your connection to higher states of consciousness.

Yoga 360 is primarily a sitting practice, following an introduction, we'll sit meditation for about 30 minutes w/instruction. A meditation practice using techniques honed over millennia transforms our life by training the mind to be present, more aware of being aware. Following the meditation we will then do some basic stretching and strengthening moves for about 15 minutes.
