POLICIES

Please read through the terms and conditions on our website thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a student of Healing House Galveston please read through all terms and conditions. 

GENERAL

1. All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable if not canceled by purchaser within 24 hours of class date and time.
2. Every effort is made to hold class on time. The schedule is subject to change. You will be notified via email of any cancellations for any reason. 
3. Please arrive at least ten minutes before class.
4. Please check in at upstairs at front table before each class.
5. Payment must be made upon booking. No students will be permitted to sign-up for a class, workshop, or event as unpaid unless it is a free class. Unpaid classes will be back-charged.
6. Healing House Galveston is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.
7. The front doors will be locked at the start of every class. For safety reasons, anyone that is late for class is permitted entry and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.
8. Healing House Galveston reserves the right to refuse entry.
9. Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.
10. Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.
11. Online pre-registration and payment is required. Registration is open online until one hour before class time. NO WALK INS.

1. Classes are prepaid at time of sign up. If you do not show up for a class you have signed up for, you will be charged for it. If there is an exception to this rule, it will say so in the description of the class as well as at the time of purchase. 
2. Workshop and special event cancellations must be made online via your Acuity Scheduling client portal 24 hours prior to the start of the reserved workshop or special event.  If you do not attend or cancel within 24 hours of start time, you will be fully charged for the workshop or special event and will not be able to use the credit for a future workshop or special event.
3. Workshops,  special events and trainings are non-refundable if less than 24 hours notice is given.
4. Credits will not be provided for enrollments canceled by the student if there is less than 24 hours notice. All cancelations made with more than 24 hours notice will be given a full refund including additional contribution (if made). All cancelations MUST be made by students up until 24 hours before the start of the class on their personal online Acuity account.
5. Please cancel if you are unable to attend a class or workshop  to make your space available to others.
6. All classes cancelled by Healing House, for any reason (weather, sickness etc) will be fully refunded (including additional contribution, if made) to the student. 
7. Classes may be scheduled up to an hour before the start of the class and must be scheduled and prepaid online. If a class has no students registered one hour before the start time, the class will be canceled.  

1. Gear to bring: mat, towel, any props you prefer and a water bottle.  If you do not have a mat, we have a limited amount of yoga mats to rent you. You must rent online when registering for your class. 
2. Please remove shoes before stepping on the yoga practice floor. Leave belongings in cubby area. 
3. Cell phones must be silenced or turned off.
4. Street parking is available on Market Street and neighboring streets.
